How to request a refund
The 72-hour money-back guarantee: what qualifies, how to claim, how long it takes.
What is covered
Every first order on a given plan carries a 72-hour money-back guarantee from the moment of delivery. No justification required โ "it is not what I needed" is enough.
What is not covered
- Renewals and upgrades (the trial window applies to first orders).
- Accounts terminated for an AUP violation.
- Additional IPv4 addresses that have already been assigned and used.
- Custom or dedicated hardware builds, which are explicitly marked non-refundable at checkout.
How to claim
- Open a ticket in the client area under Billing, or email
[email protected]from your account address. - Include the order ID and a wallet address on the same network you paid from.
- We approve within one business day; the transaction is broadcast the same day.
Refunds are sent in the asset you paid with, at the USD value of the original invoice. If the coin price moved, you receive the same dollar amount, not the same coin quantity.
Outside the window
We do not refund after 72 hours, but we do issue SLA credits automatically when monthly uptime falls below 99.9% โ see the SLA. Credits are applied without you needing to ask.

If not, open a ticket and paste the command output you got. Support is 24/7 with a 12-minute median first reply, and the same engineers maintain these pages.
