Offshore RDP & VPS. No KYC, ever.
No identity document, no selfie, no phone number, no billing address — an email address is the only personal data we hold. Enterprise NVMe KVM in 20 regions, six of them in jurisdictions where a US DMCA notice carries no legal force. Pay in crypto, connect in four minutes.

Four promises, and the reason each one is credible
Privacy claims are cheap. Each of these is a structural consequence of how the business is built, not a policy we could quietly reverse next quarter.
No KYC, ever
No ID, no selfie, no proof of address
We never ask for identity documents, a photograph, a phone number, a billing address or a real name. There is no verification step to fail and no reviewer to convince. Signing up asks for an email address and a password, and that is the entire form.
Offshore by default
6 privacy jurisdictions out of 20 regions
Iceland, Switzerland, Panama, Romania, Bulgaria and the Netherlands — jurisdictions with no blanket data-retention mandate for hosting providers, where a United States DMCA notice carries no legal force and disclosure requires local court process.
Nothing to hand over
No traffic logs, no agent in your instance
We do not inspect, log or retain traffic contents, and we install no agent inside your server. Netflow headers are sampled for 72 hours purely for DDoS mitigation, then discarded. You cannot be deanonymised by data we never collected.
Crypto only
40+ assets, Monero included
No cards, no PayPal, no bank transfer, so no payment processor holds your identity on our behalf. Pay in Monero and the payment itself carries no trail either.
Pick the machine, not the marketing
Both are KVM virtual machines on the same hardware. The only real difference is what runs on top — and what it costs to licence.
Every plan, every price, on one screen
No hidden setup fee, no bandwidth surprise, no renewal price hike. Longer terms simply cost less.

Build your own
Nothing fits? Choose every component: up to 32 vCPU, 128 GB RAM and 2 TB of NVMe.
- · Any CPU / RAM / disk combination
- · 16 OS images or your own ISO
- · 20 locations, 6 of them offshore
- · Live price as you configure
All prices in USD, no setup fee. Quarterly is the shortest term we sell. Renewals are manual — we email you four reminders.
What you actually get for the money
We have been selling the same product since 2020. These are the reasons customers renew, in the order they tell us about them.
No KYC, and no threshold at which that changes
No identity document, no selfie, no phone number, no billing address, no reviewer. Ordering asks for an email address; an account adds a password. That is the complete list of personal data we hold.
Offshore jurisdictions as standard
Six of twenty regions — Iceland, Switzerland, Panama, Romania, Bulgaria, Netherlands — with no blanket retention mandate for hosts and where a US DMCA notice carries no legal force. Same price as anywhere else.
Live in about 4 minutes
Payment confirms, our provisioner builds the instance, the OS is written and credentials land in your inbox. 98.6% of orders are online in under 10 minutes — no ID checks, no manual review.
Enterprise NVMe, never oversold
AMD EPYC and Xeon Gold nodes with ECC memory and NVMe in RAID-10. Maximum 3:1 vCPU ratio on shared plans, 1:1 dedicated cores on Titan and Ultra.
DDoS filtering included
Layer 3/4 mitigation up to 1.5 Tbps on every plan in every location, at no cost. Automatic detection in ~10 seconds. Layer-7 rules available as an add-on.
Crypto checkout, honest pricing
40+ assets through OxaPay — BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, XMR and more. No chargeback overhead means list prices 20-40% below card-accepting hosts.
Root and Administrator, always
Full control from the first minute: install anything, change ports, reinstall the OS, boot a custom ISO. We never place an agent inside your instance.
Humans, 24/7/365
Median first reply 12 minutes, answered by engineers who run the platform. Not a chatbot, not a script, not a nine-to-five in one timezone.
20 datacenters, 5 continents
Reykjavík, Zürich, Panama City, Bucharest, Sofia, Amsterdam, New York, Dallas, LA, Toronto, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Warsaw, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, São Paulo.
No contracts, no lock-in
Quarterly is the shortest term and there is no auto-renewal to forget about. Prorated upgrades any day of the month, image export whenever you want to leave, and a 72-hour money-back guarantee on first orders.
Deploy where your users — or your broker — actually are
Twenty tier-3 and tier-4 facilities on five continents, six of them in offshore privacy jurisdictions, every one multi-homed with at least three transit providers. Same specs, same price, wherever you deploy.
- Public looking glass and test file in every region
- Free migration between locations with a snapshot restore
- Premium low-latency transit blend available as an add-on
- IPv4 ranges we own, checked against RBLs before assignment
Four steps, about six minutes
From opening the configurator to typing your first command.
Configure
Pick a plan or build a custom spec, choose one of 20 locations, select your OS and any add-ons. The price updates live.
Pay in crypto
OxaPay generates an invoice locked to the USD price for 30 minutes. Send BTC, USDT, LTC or 37 other assets.
We build it
One confirmation triggers the webhook. Hardware is allocated, the IPv4 is bound and the image is written automatically.
Connect
IP, username and password arrive by email in ~4 minutes. Open Remote Desktop or SSH and it is yours.
In one sentence
4.8 out of 5, from 2,317 verified customers
Every review below comes from an account with an active or previously active service. We publish the four-star ones too.
“Four MT5 terminals plus two EAs running non-stop since 2022. Two unplanned reboots in four years, both announced beforehand. Latency to my broker in LD4 is 2 ms. I have moved everything else, but never this box.”
“We shifted our GitLab runners off a hyperscaler and cut the bill by 71%. Build times actually dropped because the NVMe is not throttled. Support answered a routing question at 03:40 with a traceroute already attached.”
“Paid in USDT, server was live before I finished making coffee. Three years in, the only invoice surprise has been the price going down when I renewed for 24 months.”
“Our team of five uses the same Windows box for supplier portals that only work on IE mode. Never had to think about it. Adding a second IPv4 took one click.”
“Nested virtualisation actually works, which is rarer than it should be at this price. I run three nested lab VMs on the Elite plan without a hiccup.”
“Excellent hardware and network. Only gripe: Tokyo capacity sells out and I waited two weeks for a second node. They were upfront about it rather than overselling, which I respect.”

Everything people ask before buying
Eleven more answers live on the FAQ page, and the knowledge base has the step-by-step versions.
No — never, at any spend level or account age. We do not ask for an identity document, a selfie, a phone number, a billing address, a date of birth or a real name, and there is no verification queue to pass. Ordering requires a working email address, because that is where your server credentials are sent; creating an account adds a password and nothing else. We can do this because we accept cryptocurrency only, so we carry none of the card-fraud risk that forces most hosts into identity checks.
It means six of our twenty regions sit in jurisdictions chosen for their legal environment rather than only for latency: Iceland, Switzerland, Panama, Romania, Bulgaria and the Netherlands. In those countries there is no blanket data-retention mandate obliging us to log and keep records about you, a United States DMCA notice carries no direct legal force, and obtaining customer information requires a court in that country. Offshore regions cost exactly the same as our standard ones — a Reykjavík instance is the same price as a Dallas one.
Only if your server is in a jurisdiction where the DMCA applies. It is a United States statute, so on a server in Reykjavík, Zürich, Panama City, Bucharest or Sofia it carries no direct legal force: we log the notice and forward it to you, but we do not take content down on that basis alone. In our US regions it is actionable, and we say so on those location cards. If a complaint is brought properly under the law of the host country, we follow the law of the host country.
Automated delivery takes about 4 minutes on average, and 98.6% of orders are online in under 10 minutes. Once your OxaPay payment reaches 1 network confirmation, our provisioning API builds the instance, assigns the IPv4, installs the operating system and emails you the IP, username and password. No manual review, no ID verification, no phone call.
Technically none — an RDPForge Windows RDP is a full VPS that ships with Windows Server and Remote Desktop already configured. The word RDP describes how you connect (Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol on port 3389), while VPS describes what you own (a virtual machine with dedicated resources). You get administrator rights either way, so you can install software, open ports, reboot and reinstall at will.
Yes. Every Windows plan ships with the built-in Administrator account and every Linux plan with root. You can install any software, add users, change the RDP port, run Docker, edit the registry and reinstall the OS from the control panel whenever you want. We never install agents or monitoring software inside your instance.
We accept cryptocurrency only, processed by OxaPay: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20), USDC, Litecoin, TRON, BNB, Solana, Monero, Dogecoin and about 40 other assets. Crypto keeps chargeback fraud at zero, which is exactly why our prices sit 20-40% below card-accepting hosts. Invoices are quoted in USD and locked at the rate shown for 30 minutes.
Spam, phishing, malware distribution and command-and-control, credential stuffing, DDoS origination, child sexual abuse material, and any traffic that gets our IP ranges blacklisted are strictly prohibited and terminated without refund. Port 25 is closed by default and opened on request after a short review. Everything else that is legal in the server's jurisdiction is fine, including VPNs, scraping within a site's terms, trading bots and game servers.
Your server can be running before your coffee is ready.
Configure it in two minutes, pay in the crypto you already hold, and get your credentials by email. If it is not what you expected, the first 72 hours are refundable in full.
No account needed to order · No ID verification · 72-hour money-back guarantee
