We compare against categories rather than named brands, because individual providers change their pricing monthly and a table that is wrong is worse than no table. Figures are typical list prices observed across each category in mid-2026, for the same 4 vCPU / 8 GB / 120 GB specification.

When you should not buy from us
A comparison page where the author wins every row is an advertisement, not a comparison.
Choose a hyperscaler if…
you need managed databases, autoscaling, an object store, a compliance certification we do not hold, or a procurement process that requires invoicing. We sell one thing well; they sell two hundred things adequately, and sometimes you genuinely need the other 199.
Choose a mainstream budget host if…
you must pay by card or PayPal, or you want a control panel with one-click WordPress and email hosting bundled in. Crypto-only is a real barrier and we will not pretend otherwise.
Choose us if…
you want the same specification for meaningfully less, you already hold crypto, you want the machine in four minutes without a fraud review, and you would rather read a published post-mortem than a status badge.
Think twice about the $4 RDP if…
the price cannot cover the Windows licence and the IPv4 lease. It is either an unlicensed image or a business that will not be here in twelve months. Sometimes that is a risk worth taking; it should at least be a decision.
Be sceptical of any 'bulletproof' host…
that advertises offshore jurisdiction and tolerance of abuse in the same breath. Those are unrelated things. A network that hosts phishing and malware gets its ranges blacklisted within weeks, and everyone legitimate on it discovers their mail bounces and their visitors get challenged. We choose jurisdiction deliberately and terminate abuse in Reykjavík exactly as in Dallas.
Moving in is boring, which is the point
Most customers arrive from a host that raised prices at renewal or vanished. Here is the path.

- Provision it before you cancel elsewhere, so you can cut over on your own schedule
- Accept a raw disk image or a custom ISO if you would rather lift-and-shift
- Set rDNS and open ports before delivery if you tell us what you need
- Prorate the first invoice so you are not paying two hosts for a full month

- Offer a free trial instance to test the migration
- Guarantee an IP address from a specific /24
