Atlas Cloud Networks LLC started in March 2020 with fourteen nodes in a single Frankfurt cabinet and one idea: sell remote desktops and virtual servers at a fair price, deliver them instantly, and never make a customer talk to a salesperson. Six years later that is still the whole business plan.
We are profitable, we have taken no outside investment, and we are not for sale. That is not a boast — it is the reason we can keep prices flat and keep publishing the numbers below.

Two founders, one cabinet in Frankfurt, 14 nodes and a WHMCS install held together with hope. First customer paid $9 for a Windows RDP on 11 March 2020. They are still with us.

Demand for low-latency trading desktops pushed us into Equinix NY5 and Telehouse North before we were really ready. We doubled capacity twice that quarter.

Everything moves to NVMe
The last SATA nodes were ordered out. Random-read IOPS went from 43k to 287k and support tickets about 'slow disk' went to roughly zero.

Chargebacks were costing 9% of revenue and forcing manual fraud review. We removed card payments, cut list prices 30% the same day, and delivery time fell from hours to minutes.

After evaluating five providers, OxaPay won on asset coverage, webhook reliability and not forcing customers to create a third-party account just to pay an invoice.

AS212744 announced its first prefixes. Owning the space means we control rDNS, we can vouch for RBL history, and we are not at the mercy of an upstream's reputation.

Three things we will not trade away
Boring infrastructure is the product
We have not launched a Kubernetes service, an object store or a managed database. Customers stay because a machine bought in 2021 still behaves exactly as it did. Novelty is a liability in hosting.
Publish the bad numbers too
Every incident gets a public post-mortem with real timings and a root cause. Our refund rate, uptime and largest mitigated attack are on the site. A host that only publishes good news is telling you something.
Price honestly, once
No introductory rate that triples on renewal, no setup fee, no bandwidth overage designed to catch you out. We have not raised list prices since 2023, and 24-month customers are locked for life.
Small on purpose
Eleven people. The names below write the guides, answer the tickets and get paged at 3 a.m. — usually the same person.
