Rules that prevent 90% of problems
- Send the exact coin amount shown, not the USD amount.
- Add your exchange's withdrawal fee on top so the net amount arrives.
- Match the network exactly. TRC-20 โ ERC-20.
- Send within the 30-minute rate lock, or regenerate the invoice.
Underpaid
The invoice stays open โ send the difference to the same address. Shortfalls within 2% are accepted automatically.
Overpaid
The surplus becomes account credit applied to your next invoice. Ask support if you would prefer a wallet refund.
Expired invoice, funds already sent
Open a ticket with the transaction hash and order ID. Reconciliation is manual but usually done within the hour.
