Why crypto-only hosts are cheaper

Card processing for hosting carries a chargeback rate that regularly exceeds 1.5%, plus 2.9% + $0.30 in fees, plus fraud-review staff, plus reserves held by the acquirer. 3. Match the network exactly. USDT on TRON is not USDT on Ethereum. Sending TRC-20 funds to an ERC-20 address loses them permanently, and no processor on earth can undo it.

Step 4 — Wait for confirmations

What if something goes wrong?

I underpaid

The invoice stays open. Send the difference to the same address; OxaPay aggregates the payments and the webhook fires once the total clears. Underpayments within 2% are auto-accepted.

I overpaid

The surplus is credited to your account balance and applied to your next renewal automatically. Ask support if you would prefer it refunded to a wallet address instead.

The invoice expired but I already sent

Funds sent to a generated address are still tracked after expiry. Open a ticket with the transaction hash and the order ID; we reconcile it manually, usually within the hour.

I sent on the wrong network

If it landed on a network we also support, we can usually recover it — send the hash. If it went to a chain the address does not exist on, it is unrecoverable. Double-check the network before you hit send; it takes three seconds.

Renewals

Crypto has no stored payment method, so renewals are not automatic. We email a payment link 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry and on the due date. If you would rather not think about it, prepay 12 or 24 months and take the 20-30% discount — most long-term customers do exactly that.
