# Privacy Policy

What personal data RDPForge collects, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

This policy describes the information used to provide RDPForge accounts, orders and services. Buying without an identity-document upload does not make an account anonymous or eliminate order and connection records.

## Account and order information

Guest checkout requires an email and may include a hostname and a Linux public SSH key. Account registration uses an email and password, with an optional display alias. We also use order configuration, invoices, transaction references and support correspondence to provide the service.

## Purchase without KYC

Our published no-KYC policy has no spending threshold: standard orders do not require a government identity document, selfie, phone number or proof of address. Do not put unnecessary identity documents or private keys in support messages. Your wallet, exchange or another service may have its own verification requirements.

## Service and security records

Service operation can involve authentication records, resource metrics and network-security information. We process this information for access, billing, support, fault handling and abuse prevention. The policy does not promise that a provider cannot access any instance information or that your activity is untraceable. Confirm particular logging, export and data-location requirements before purchasing.

Ending an instance does not erase the account and invoice records required for these purposes. Contact privacy@rdpforge.com for a data request or a specific retention requirement.

## Payment and service providers

Crypto payments go directly to the displayed wallet. Infrastructure, email, security and communication providers process information needed to deliver, protect and support the service; order notifications may use Telegram. QR and other external services can receive connection or request information when used. A wallet or exchange you choose operates under its own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent personal data.

## Browser storage and security

The website uses authentication cookies and browser storage needed for account access, preferences or purchasing state. External services used by the site can process connection information under their own policies. Protect your password and use the available account-security controls; never send private SSH keys or wallet recovery phrases to support.

## Legal requests

We respond to valid legal process from an authority with jurisdiction and require the request to be specific. Where lawfully permitted, we notify you before disclosure. A server location or crypto payment does not remove applicable legal obligations.

## Your rights and requests

You may ask us to confirm the information held about you, provide a copy, correct it, delete it subject to applicable retention obligations, or export it in a portable format. Email `privacy@rdpforge.com` from your account address. The published response period is 30 days and there is no charge. Applicable privacy rights continue to apply.

Our bases for processing include performance of the service contract, security and abuse-prevention interests, and applicable legal obligations for accounting records.
