# Request a refund under the first-plan guarantee

Check the 72-hour window from delivery, exclusions and refund valuation before submitting a request.

## Check eligibility

The guarantee applies to the first order of a given plan within 72 hours after delivery, for any reason. Renewals, upgrades, subsequent orders of the same plan, used additional IPv4, AUP terminations and marked non-refundable custom builds are excluded. Unresolved failure to perform as advertised is separately covered by the refund policy.

## Provide the order details

Open a billing ticket or email support@rdpforge.com from the account address. Include the order ID and a receiving wallet address on the same network used for payment. Never include a private key or recovery phrase.

## Understand the returned amount

An eligible refund uses the original crypto asset at the original invoice USD value, less outgoing network fees. This can be a different quantity of coins if the exchange rate changed.
