Buy RDPForge without uploading an identity document, selfie or proof of address. Checkout requires an email for order and service information; a management account uses an email and password. The published no-KYC policy has no spending threshold. Account, order and support records still exist, and your wallet, exchange or other services may impose their own verification requirements. ### What does offshore hosting mean at RDPForge? RDPForge lists six locations in its offshore range: Iceland, Switzerland, Panama, Romania, Bulgaria and the Netherlands. Choose the location for your audience and application requirements. The pricing formula does not add a location surcharge. The server location does not remove applicable law, copyright duties or our acceptable-use rules. ### How fast is an RDPForge server delivered? Payments are verified automatically. Server preparation follows confirmation, and access information is delivered to the email on the order. Preparation time depends on the selected service and availability; keep the order reference and check the actual order status. ### What is the difference between an RDP and a VPS? A Windows RDP plan is a virtual server with Windows Server and Remote Desktop access; a Linux VPS provides a Linux operating system with root access. Both run on shared physical infrastructure. Choose Windows for software that needs a Windows desktop, or Linux for a compatible application, bot or self-hosted service. The software you intend to run determines the right choice. ### Do I get full administrator or root access? Yes. Windows plans provide administrator access and Linux plans provide root access. You manage the operating system, updates, application permissions and backups. The Managed administration option changes the support scope. Software licences and acceptable-use rules continue to apply. ### Can I upgrade my plan later without reinstalling? Contact support to confirm the resources, availability and maintenance needed for the change. Published terms provide daily-prorated upgrades and downgrades at the next renewal. Keep a backup before changing storage or the operating system; timing and reboot requirements depend on the operation. ### Is there a free trial? There is no free trial. The published refund policy covers your first order of a given plan for 72 hours after delivery, for any reason, subject to its exclusions. Renewals, upgrades, subsequent orders of the same plan, used additional IPv4 addresses and marked non-refundable custom builds are excluded. Refunds use the original asset at the invoice USD value, less outgoing network fees. ### What is the minimum payment for RDPForge? RDP Starter: $34.20 prepaid for 3 months ($11.40/month equivalent), 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 60 GB NVMe. Optional extras and external crypto transfer fees are separate. VPS Nano: $14.25 prepaid for 3 months ($4.75/month equivalent), 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 30 GB NVMe. Plans specify vCPU, memory, NVMe storage, monthly transfer allowance and port speed. The service is a virtual server on a shared physical host. These resource specifications are not a benchmark score or a guarantee of constant throughput. Choose a plan for your workload and test your application before expanding. ### How many users can connect to a Windows RDP at the same time? Windows Server administrative access is different from a licensed Remote Desktop Services deployment. Multi-user application sessions require the appropriate RDS access licences and application rights; they are not included simply because a plan lists a user-capacity suggestion. Confirm licensing and test the intended workload before buying for a team. ### Is DDoS protection included? Standard plans include network-layer DDoS protection. The optional DDoS Pro add-on covers application-layer rules at the price shown in the configurator. Protection is not a guarantee against every attack or outage; the SLA exclusions and acceptable-use conditions apply. ### Can I change the operating system after ordering? OS reinstallation is available for the service. Back up your data first because a reinstall replaces the operating system and can erase instance data. Confirm the image, its support lifecycle and any licence charge before switching. The catalogue includes Windows Server, Windows Pro and Linux images with different charges. ### Do you allow custom ISO uploads and nested virtualisation? Confirm custom-ISO and nested-virtualisation requirements for the exact configuration before ordering. Ask about image size, boot compatibility, virtualisation features and any plan restriction. These capabilities should be checked against your application instead of inferred from the vCPU count. ## Billing ### Which payment methods do you accept? RDPForge accepts eight crypto assets across ten routes: BTC on Bitcoin, XMR on Monero, LTC on Litecoin, ETH on Ethereum, TRX on Tron, SOL on Solana, USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20, and USDC on ERC-20 or legacy TRC-20. Pay the exact amount directly to the wallet shown on the invoice. Payments are verified automatically; preparation follows confirmation. External transfer fees may apply. USDC on TRON is a legacy option no longer supported by Circle, so confirm wallet compatibility before sending. ### Is there a setup fee or a contract? No setup fee is added by the configurator. Plans are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months; the shortest purchase is three months. The duration discounts are 5%, 10% and 20% respectively. The monthly equivalent is for comparison, not a one-month purchase. You accept the service terms when ordering, and renewal requires a new payment. ### What happens if I forget to renew? The published terms provide suspension 24 hours after an unpaid invoice is due, followed by seven days of instance-data retention. Contact support promptly about renewal and keep independent backups. This service-data grace period does not mean that accounting or account records are erased. Renewal is a separate payment; a prior crypto transfer does not authorise future wallet debits. ## Policy ### Is a US DMCA notice actionable on my server? Copyright and legal requests are handled under applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy. Choosing an offshore location does not make a service immune from a valid legal order or permit infringement. Contact support before ordering if your business has a particular jurisdiction or contractual requirement. ### What is not allowed on RDPForge servers? Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits spam, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorised attacks, fraud infrastructure, child sexual abuse material and other harmful uses. Port 25, Tor exits and some activities have additional conditions. Lawful, authorised applications, trading software, game servers and privacy tools must also meet the policy and resource limits. ### Do you keep logs of what I do on my server? RDPForge processes the account, order, billing, support and service information described in the Privacy Policy. Buying without an ID upload does not mean that no personal data or connection records exist. Confirm any particular data-location, retention or confidentiality requirement before purchasing. ## Support ### How do I get support and how fast do you reply? Use the client-area ticket service or support@rdpforge.com and include the order reference and relevant symptoms. Plans are self-managed: you manage the operating system and applications; the Managed administration option adds the stated support scope. Response time depends on the request.
