**Choosing RDPForge**Plan your server location, transfer allowance and support requirements before ordering.

## Choose a location for the application

Use the location selector to compare the cities offered for your Windows or Linux server. Ask about capacity and a relevant test endpoint before a larger deployment.

## Separate port speed and transfer allowance

The port speed and monthly transfer allowance are different specifications. Compare the chosen plan and any premium route or extra-transfer option. They do not constitute a guaranteed end-to-end throughput measurement.

## Keep service records for support

Record the affected instance, time, symptoms and test conditions when reporting a network issue. Avoid including credentials or sensitive payloads. The [service information page](https://rdpforge.com/status) provides support guidance.

## Read the availability commitment

The [SLA](https://rdpforge.com/legal/sla) defines a 99.9% monthly commitment, eligible service credits and exclusions. A contractual target is separate from historical measured uptime.

## Choose your configuration

Standard purchases use an email without an identity-document upload. Payments are verified automatically; server preparation follows confirmation.
